Jungle Bird
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Batiste Rhum Reserve
1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
3/4 oz. Tempus Fugit Gran Classico
1 1/2 oz. freshly-squeezed pineapple juice
Ice
Pineapple wedge and/or Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Method
Add lime juice, simple syrup, Gran Classico, pineapple juice, and Batiste Rhum Reserve to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until cocktail is quite cold, about 30 seconds. Serve in an old fashioned glass over ice.
