The Tasting Experience

image
Silver

Unlike most silver rums that take weeks to produce and age for 2 years in oak, our Silver has a 40-hour production cycle. Speed and cleanliness create a spirit with light, balanced flavor of French Caribbean terroir.

Tasting Notes
Leads with lush notes of crème brûlée and lemongrass, with a lingering hint of white pepper on the finish.

DISTILLED SUNSHINE. BRIGHT LIGHT SCINTILLATING. NOT AGED IN OAK, BOTTLED CLEAR AFTER 6 MONTHS OF REST.

Gold

Barreled slightly above bottling-proof, Gold ages in high char American rye whiskey barrels for at least 6 months. Slight coloring is imparted along with notes of vanilla and pepper, creating an exceptional brown spirit for mixing or sipping.

Tasting Notes
Opens with layers of vanilla custard balanced by a whisper of earthy smokiness. It finishes with tropical flowers and a nibble of peppery nasturtium.

EFFORTLESS, ENGAGING. HAND-SELECTED FROM FORMER RYE WHISKEY BARRELS AFTER GENTLY AGING FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS.

Reserve

Aged for 2 years in a purpose-built rickhouse on the San Francisco Bay in high char American rye whiskey barrels, Batiste Rhum Reserve is rich, complex, and exceptionally smooth.

Tasting Notes
Invites with aromas of rich Sevilla orange, cigar tobacco, and nutmeg to finish with lingering notes of salted vanilla.

A SENSORY SENSATION. BIG RICH SOULFUL. HAND-SELECTED FROM FORMER RYE WHISKEY BARRELS AFTER GENTLY AGING FOR AT LEAST 24 MONTHS.
