Unlike most silver rums that take weeks to produce and age for 2 years in oak before then filtering for color, Batiste Rhum has a 40-hour production cycle. Speed and cleanliness create a spirit with light, balanced flavor of distinct French Caribbean terroir.

Distilled sunshine. Bright light scintillating. Not aged in oak, bottled clear after 6 months of rest. 

Tasting Notes
Leads with lush notes of crème brûlée and lemongrass; very inviting, with a lingering hint of white pepper on the finish.
