Mai Tai
Ingredients
1 oz. Batiste Rhum Silver
1 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. orgeat syrup
1/2 oz. Batiste Rhum Gold
Ice
Fresh mint leaves, lime wheel, or pineapple slice
Maraschino cherry
Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add lime juice, Batiste Rhum Silver, Cointreau, and orgeat syrup. Vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Slowly pour Batiste Rhum Gold on top to float. Garnish with mint, lime wheel, or pineapple wedge, and top with a cherry.
