Shipping Policy

Batiste Rhum offers shipping exclusively within the state of California. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. All orders are subject to age verification and an adult signature is required upon delivery. Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days from the order date. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Orders exceeding $100 qualify for free standard shipping, while a flat rate applies to orders below this amount. Batiste Rhum adheres strictly to all applicable state alcohol shipping laws and regulations.

Returns Policy

Customers may request a return of their Batiste Rhum purchase within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return and refund, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed, minus the original shipping cost. In the case of receiving damaged goods, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please note, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Batiste Rhum reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
